Great architect Villa with swimming pool

Nicely laid out and very well equipped.

Absolutely wonderful week. The Hautes Pyrénées are a fantastic destination with so many activities to keep you busy. Frederic's property is a wonderful base from which to explore this special area. It was a treat to come home to after another exhausting day in the mountains. The house is lovely and spacious, well maintained, well equipped and situated in a beautifully peaceful location. The pool is great for the balmy evenings. And the boulodrome in the garden was a big hit with the family. Frederic was really helpful and always available if needed. He was very happy for me to speak my pigeon French, but happy to help out with his much better English when needed. The property is in a really good location only 25 mins from Lourdes Airport and a short ride to Argeles, where activities like rafting and the high wire are based. And then you can walk from the door up Beout, Pic de Pibelle or into Lourdes. The only complaint is that we weren't there for long enough. I feel like we only saw a fraction of the region and there were still many things on the to-do list.

Welcoming and helpful host......we were a group of 6 adults and the property worked well for us.....some went cycling and some went walking.....the local environment worked for both groups......very quiet and private.....lovely pool and views.....we were very happy with our stay and would come again.

After enjoying a great holiday in this villa last year we returned for a week this year. Once again we had a great time. Even though we had a couple of rainy days the games room kept our two young sons entertained. When the sun shines the very private pool is fantastic as are the surrounding views The hosts are very friendly and helpful and hopefully we shall return in the future.
