About this villa rental
Villa Madinina, located at the foot of the island of Oléron, close to its town center, its market, and other shops. 5 minutes from beaches, restaurants, and cycle path etc...
You will also fall under the spell of the oyster port and its Fort Louvois.
Dating from the 2000s, "La villa Madinina" offers you a beautiful surface area that can accommodate 8 people. It consists on the first floor of a covered terrace. A beautiful bright room, with fully equipped open kitchen, living room, dining room. There is also a bathroom with shower, bathtub and a toilet. Upstairs is the sleeping area with 1 toilet, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own shower room. All this on an enclosed and wooded plot. You can park your cars. The little extra, there is a heated, secure and fenced swimming pool that will delight young and old alike. There is everything to spend a wonderful holiday with friends or family.

-towels and dish towels provided (except beach and pool towels)
- cleaning service in addition of 195€. (if not deposit check of 400€ to be given on your arrival) and cleaning done by you!

Amazing house with big grounds, pool, hot tub. The property was spotless on arrival and we had a thorough tour from the pleasant owner. Kitchen had everything we needed, communal living area was spacious, big TV. Beds were made up and comfortable. Pool is heated and deep - it stayed warm and crystal clear for the whole week. The small town is a short walk for fresh bread every morning, and there was plenty to do in the area (when we could drag ourselves away from the pool). Excellent all round.
