Located in Bologna, full historical center, in an elegant building, surrounded by greenery, very quiet, 90 sqm apartment finely furnished with air conditioning, heating, composed of: entrance hall, kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom with shower, living room with comfortable sofa bed, double bedroom (with a choice of a double bed or 2 singles). Linen change and cleaning once a week free.

Central area, 10 minutes from the train station and only 15 minutes to the airport, full of services such as supermarkets and pharmacies, shops, pubs and taverns features, bus stop 50 meters to the center and all destinations.

A lovely escape in the middle of busy Bologna, this apartment is clean and breezy. Fantastic cucina perfect for a small meal and a peaceful atmosphere with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our favourite part of Bologna.

We had an excellent stay in this centrally located apartment. The owner, Nik, was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering questions promptly and sharing his recommendations for where to eat. The single bed in the lounge was comfortable for my 12 year old and the bedroom itself was roomy. The high ceilings and tall windows made for a light and airy space, as shown in the photos. The bathroom is quirky and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was a great base for exploring the sights of Bologna and we also walked to the station to do a day trip to Parma by train.I would love to return and would stay in the apartment again.

An authentic Italian experience.We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed the authenticity of the apartment and the neighbourhood. The local cafes and bars provided great atmosphere.The location makes for an enjoyable walk to the centre.Thank you Nic for all your help.

Apt was perfect for the two of us. Great location. Able to walk to most places. Nicko was very responsive. Met us upon arrival. Sat down with us and gave us many food recommendations. Arranged for transport back to train station for us. Not fancy. Just perfect and comfortable.
