Modern and very spacious, Villa Bahamas is a fantastic 6-bedroom residence located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 metres from the stunning golden sandy beaches of the Algarve.
The spacious living room offers a bright and welcoming environment, ideal for relaxing with family. On the lower floor, there is also a comfortable seating area with sofas and TV, perfect for leisure time and socialising.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a service bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom en suite with shower, another bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. This floor also has an additional bathroom equipped with a shower.
On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, offering extra comfort and privacy to guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the practicality needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.
For entertainment, the villa features a games room on the lower floor with a snooker table, table tennis and foosball, creating the perfect space for group fun.
On the outside, the spacious heated private pool (additional cost) invites you to relax and the jacuzzi (additional cost) provides unique moments of relaxation. The BBQ area and the terrace with dining area make the environment ideal for outdoor gatherings.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12.
From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.

We had an amazing family holiday at Villa Bahamas. The villa had everything we needed, from comfortable bedrooms to a great games room with snooker, ping pong, and table football. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Villa Bahamas was the perfect choice for our holiday. The villa was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the large pool area and the barbecue space for outdoor meals. Being so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops made our stay even better.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bahamas. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large groups, with plenty of room for everyone. The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor dining area were ideal for relaxing, and the games room kept everyone entertained in the evenings. The short walk to the beach was a big plus.

Overall a good rental. Property management is clear with what is and isn’t included and was available from time of booking until checkout. Nice for a large family with ample bath and bedrooms, pool and basement gameroom. The issue is that this isn’t “ocean view” or “new” as stated in the listing. I would describe the property as a bit tired which is fine, had the listing not said “new”.
