About this house rental
Colorful & relaxing: your stay is sure to be pleasant in this easy, convenient, and charming Roseway home. The 104-year-old house has two queen bedrooms on the main floor, and a larger "lounge" upstairs. The living room couch pulls out into a comfy bed, and upstairs lounge area has a double futon and double bed. Mattresses are new, towels and sheets are high quality. The furnishings are fun, funky, and vintage-y unfancy ~ while never compromising comfort. You'll enjoy a large fully-equipped kitchen with lots of space, a big fridge, and a 6-burner Viking cooktop. Within a 10-minute walk you'll find some great restaurants, but you might just want to stay in!

~Touchpad entry - no key necessary.
~The house is a nice size, actually a 3-bedroom, because of upstairs “lounge" and sleeping area.
~Street parking is readily available but ask host if you need driveway parking, it's shared with neighbors.
~ There's no enclosed yard - pets must be on leash when outside.
Backyard is comfy and available for you to use - just know that it's not private. There's a sweet and separate cottage at the back/side of the property, which is where I live. It won't be in your vision and is a fully separate home. The front yard and front porch are all yours to enjoy privately, but don't hesitate to use the beautiful backyard too!
~ There's an additional apartment below the house - sharing no space with the bungalow, and no noise. This is where the laundry room is. I may be using the space, or not, but won't be in your way.

entire home was very clean and attractive. Host was easy to reach and responsive. She thought of everything, shopping bags, coffee and eggs from her chicks. Would definitely recommend and we will return.

This was a lovely home in a great location! Michelle was onsite and available, if we might need anything, and just a kind, genuine person. We loved the gardens and the living room for gathering. The kitchen was maybe the best equipped kitchen I've ever used while in a short-term rental. It was a pleasure!

Wonderful owner, very responsive and accommodating. Very cozy and comfortable house, we loved it. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, which I did almost every day of the 7 days I was there. Beds are very comfortable, A. Good neighborhood. I had to park down the street a few times but my car was fine. I would highly recommend this house and will hopefully be back soon myself.
