Juarez is an historic neighborhood that preserves some houses with cultural heritage value. Comfy 1,100ft2 apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new, modern, functional and has it all for a memorable stay.
Very quiet at night, ensures restful sleep to take advantage of the day as much as possible. Situated in a very centric area, calmed but near everything.
Location is everything in this big city and being just a few blocks from the most iconic spots of the city is priceless. Our apartment is cozy, fully equipped, and nicely decorated to make your stay more than pleasant. Our apartment is ideal for business trips or a relaxing stay. Walking distance to Avenida Reforma, Alameda Central, Palace of the Fine Arts (Palacio de Bellas Artes), Historic District, San Juan Market, Ciudadela, etc... a perfect spot for you to explore the city and walk around. Near to Colonia Roma and Colonia Condesa, other trendy neighborhoods.
Few blocks from grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, yoga centers, museums and bars.

We pay attention to details; fine cotton towels, organic cotton 400 (soft) and 600 (crisp) theard sheets, memory foam pillows, quality mattresses, fine linens, fine glassware, fine china (espresso cups, tea cups, mugs, bowls, plates), fine silverware, Nespresso machine/Aeroccino supplied with mexican premium coffee capsules, electric kettle, assorted tea supply, drinking water supply, high speed WiFi 50 Mbps, a 32” screen with Netflix will also be available for you. We can do grocery shopping for you if you request it.

Overall: recommend. Pros of this apt: The area/neighborhood is extremely quiet and pretty, the building and apartment are very clean, Mario and Caro sent us some great restaurant recommendations in the area, there is 24/7 security and we felt very safe, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are top notch. They even had drinking water in the fridge and snacks on the counter when we arrived. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. We had no complaints during our stay. Cons: I’d like to gently suggest to the hosts that many travelers, especially those arriving from other countries, would feel better if they knew what the check-in process will look like at least 24 hours in advance. I let the hosts know over a week in advance that we would be arriving in CDMX around midnight, and I received a prompt response saying they like to greet guests in person where possible, but sometimes can’t due to timing, and they’d let me know. I asked the morning of our arrival what the plan was, and they said they would get back to me in a few moments. I had not received a response by the time I arrived at my layover airport hours later, so I once again asked for check-in info. I then got detailed information about checking in, and all went smoothly from there. I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience, so wanted to share mine as well. Ultimately, I really think these are kind and generous hosts with a great space, I wish them success in the future, and I would stay here again.

Great property and incredible hosts ! Went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent- Even picking us up after we were let off at the wrong location, meeting in person, showing us the place and how to operate everything, gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations, and were helpful and so kind. Fully stocked - coffee/espresso/tea provided, everything needed to cook meals, and comfortable beds (2 bedrooms !) 2bath. The location is vibrant and centrally located, which is fantastic for exploring the area. That said, some street noise is noticeable, especially at night—light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. Otherwise, the stay was superbly comfortable and very convenient! Would return ! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment is very comfortable, on a quiet street, but near everything you could want. Within a ten minute walk are endless options for eating and drinking, or if you want to cook for yourself, there’s a nice grocery store and a public market just minutes away. Loads of public transportation options nearby for all your sightseeing, or walk the tree-lined streets about a mile to La Reforma. Mario as a host goes above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to CDMX.
