About this house rental
This very large four bedroomed Townhouse is spread over 3 floors and located right in the town center of Ohakune, just metres away from the shops bars and restaurants -
On the ground floor you have a large open plan lounge with Sky Tv, dinning and full kitchen area, bathroom with shower and seperate toilet, 1 double bedroom and large storage area for sports equipment + plus an outside gated courtyard.
On the second floor you have another lounge area also with Sky Tv, a balcony and views of Mt Ruapehu, and a 4 bed bunkroom plus single bed.
On the third floor there is a seperate shower and toilet and two double bedrooms one of which also has views of the mountain, heating consists of a kent fire (wood and kindling provided) and heat pump in main area downstairs.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Great location and good sized property. Unfortunately there was no kindling for the fire so we had to spend $20 to get some. There is no way to lock the door onto the deck upstairs which was a concern when leaving valuables in the house. There was a general state of disrepair eg; the kettle leaks so a lot of water all over the benches in the morning, the cold tap in the upstairs toilet spins when you turn it on and so splashes everywhere. Internet not included (additional per day)
