An efficiently designed custom kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances: standard sized refrigerator with ice maker, lovely 5 burner gas stove, small dishwasher, a drip coffeemaker, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, as well as ample cookware to prepare meals.
The King (1), and Queen (1) sized beds are deluxe plush topped Serta mattresses, outfitted with wonderfully soft, hypoallergenic sheets. A new Bassett queen sized sofa sleeper is also provided.
Beautifully tiled 34" X 48" custom shower in bathroom, accessible from both bedrooms.
Central air conditioning and heat.
Standard sized washer and dryer.
Small screened in sitting porch in front, and a rear patio area with a fully fenced back yard, and off street parking.
Our home is professionally cleaned with additional maid service available on request.
Not ADA compliant, but minimal steps.
Free Wi-fi is provided.

When you come to Clarksdale you will not have the blues if you stay at Rusty's Roost! Host is very responsive, home clean and comfortable, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood in town. The front porch for us and back fenced yard for the dog made a great stay.

The house was spotless, neat and organized. Thank you for truly making your home feel like home. The shower was amazing with great water pressure, plenty of hot water and the curtain was properly hung so there was no excess material being soaked in the shower bed. The personal amenities that were provided for your use was a nice addition with lush towels. We slept in the back bedroom which was very comfortable with nice linens. Also we did appreciate the washer/dryer as we were continuing in with our travels. The area was very quiet and it was a short distance to drive to the downtown area. We had the pleasure of meeting Robin and Jessica via text was very responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
