Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had a nicely laid out floor plan with two Master bedrooms on opposite sides. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was good with lifts for East Village across the street. Ski lockers were convenient on the first floor just before exiting. Everything within the condo worked and we did not need anything. Be careful about the onsite parking. Despite following all the instructions, we got a big sticker on our rental vehicle window. If you try Vacasa for a remedy, you get a remote answering service which promises follow up from the 'local' team. We never heard back, but on repeat calling, Vacasa did offer to reimburse any fine. The sticker was just a 'Warning' (no fine). We had to buy a razor to remove it.

We have stayed multiple times in Copper Springs Lodge and really appreciate the location. This unit needs some updating. The bunk beds were broken. There was food on some of the plates and there were no games as is usually the case with these ski rentals. Vacasa is challenging with check in. And we left a few items in the condo and I left a message but the Vacasa agent is AI and no one ever got back to me. The price was right but you get what you pay for

Condo was spacious and had all the cooking utensils we needed. It was a short walk to the super bee lift (maybe 3 minutes). The building amenities were great too.

Check in was rough. The key box was broken and I couldn’t get it I opened. Luckily a staffer came by and after not getting the lockbox open got me a key from the office. The unit is close to a lift but East Village is sleepy - limited choices on dining shopping etc. The condo was spacious and clean but needs updated. Top rack of dishwasher broken. The view is away from the mtn - towards I70.
