About this cottage rental
This North Topsail Beach cottage boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - 2 king beds and 1 bunk room, 1 master bath with separate vanity in master bedroom, shared full bathroom by other king bedroom and bunk room, and one half bath off of the den and kitchen. There is a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, new 65 inch smart tv in den, smart tvs in each King bedroom, WIFI, All linens included as well as shampoo and soap. We also provide plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe which you can launch right off of your private dock. If you own your own boat you may also dock it during your stay. You may also use all neighborhood amenities which include a tennis court, and an oceanfront clubhouse/beach access with pool, bathrooms and showers. Off of the back decks you can enjoy incredible sunsets and view tons of wildlife.

This was a lovely, quiet spot for a fall family vacation. Being right on the sound is actually quite nice. It’s great to sit on the deck and watch the birds in the marsh and see fish and shrimp jumping in the water. The provided kayaks, paddleboard, and life jackets enabled our whole family to go out and explore the sound together. It’s a very safe, low traffic, protected area of the sound. The ocean is close enough that we could easily walk down and back multiple times per day, going back for lunch/snacks or just to get out of the heat of the day. The kids especially enjoyed the collection of legos at the house. It was a decent layout for our family of 5. The kitchen is well enough equipped for vacation fare. The outdoor shower was excellent for getting all the sand off after every trip to the ocean. Overall, a really nice spot!

What a deal. Best place ever. Stocked with everything you could possibly need; from crab trap to hammock, chairs, kayaks, etc. Great nature off the dock. Good communication with the owner; AND MORE!!!
