The one-level home is an especially great option for those with young children, or guests with specific accessibility needs. It only requires three stairs to access the entry via the deck, and no stairs once inside.
Inside, the inviting great room features beautiful wood floors and plush furnishings, including recliners. Watch your favorite team on the Smart TV (bring your favorite channel login credentials) while enjoying the warmth and coziness of the crackling fireplace. The charming dining area is perfect for meals, games, or puzzles, and the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is a culinary dream.
As you head down the hallway, you’ll find a refreshing guest bathroom with a sauna, along with two king bedrooms, each with a TV. One bedroom even has its own ensuite bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer.

Great cabin and location, very clean and the beds were comfortable - the hot tub and sauna room were awesome. The location was awesome - a few steep roads, but manageable compared to other cabins I have stayed in.

Overall, the good quality I've come to expect from Mountain Laurel Chalets. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to somehow simplify the "multi-remote" issue for the TVs.

We had a great stay in Bear Paw. The home was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the Mountain Views while staying there. We seen 5 bears. One day we seen a bear outside in the driveway and later found out it was on our truck because we had bear paws all over the bed of our truck. Hence the name of the home! One bed frame in the room to the right needs to be replaced. It would squeak a lot when you moved. Also, we couldn’t get the tv to work in the other room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

What can we say, we absolutely love Bear Paw!!!! We have stayed at Bear Paw before and loved it so much, that we had to come back!! Mountain Laurel does a fantastic job as always, the chalet was very clean, friendly staff, and everything was just perfect! The chalet and the view is amazing and our stay was so awesome and we didn’t want to leave. We also love the new railing on the deck. Thank you again for another memorable, relaxing, and fun vacation! We will be back to visit Bear Paw again soon!!
