Very good for two people, appartment well equipped and good looking but the hotel needs some renovation.

The apartment is in a great location, near Playa del Ingles. It is also close to the bus station which is well connected to the beaches, towns and airport (I recommend this mode of transport, it was almost never crowded, the prices are ok and the drivers are very friendly and accommodating. You can also use it for transfer from and to the airport).
It has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has been recently renovated. The pool is only a few meters away from the terrace. The wifi is also solid and the table on the terrace is convenient for working if some of you are considering it.
We had excellent communication with the staff, they were very helpful and friendly, which was especially important as we had early and late flights with long layovers and a flood at one point.
PS I recommend a Thai restaurant within the Las arenas complex.
