About this apartment rental

Our Family owns 2 - Two bedroom units above and below each other in Ekahi Village. This is perfect for large Family vacations or groups of friends traveling together. Be together, but still enjoy your own comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

DEAL FOR THE YEAR: The main pavilion pool will be undergoing a refresh/new tile with planned closure August 16th - October 11th, 2026. Offering discounted nightly rates for those who prefer the beach or using one of the 3 quiet pools that will be open during this time. Rates are already updated and with all available discounts will show the accurate price upon booking through Book it Now feature on VRBO.

VIEWS: Ocean views from nearly every square foot! Panoramic views of the Islands of Lanai combined with the West Maui Mountains will captivate you. Combined with the lush landscape directly in front of the building will help you feel like you are the only people in paradise. In the morning, the ocean is especially tranquil and throughout the day you will be amazed at the transformation of the water into every shade of blue and green. December through April will boast some of the most amazing whale watching in the entire state. You could spend your entire vacation on the lanai, drinking coffee, watching the peaceful sunrise and at night toasting a perfect sunset.

REMODELED: The interior of the unit has been upgraded and tastefully decorated.  Both master bathrooms have been beautifully renovated. with travertine floors and granite countertops. Inside the fully remodeled kitchen (June 2022) you will find gourmet equipment to make any meal you desire.  The living room has modern furniture, a flat screen television and a queen pull out sofa. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and secondary also has a true king size bed and not 2 twin beds pushed together.

LOCATION: We are set to the side of the complex in Building 54 and on a high point so one of the reasons for the unbelievable view. Considered "middle" village so around a 5 minute walk to the main pavilion pool and Ocean. We are also a convenient walk to Ulua Beach past the Andaz hotel and the closest Building in Ekahi Village to the Shops of Wailea at a level 3 Block walk. There is a main road (Wailea Alanui Drive) directly behind our Building. There is some road noise to consider when comparing our Unit to others in the complex. It is NOT on the North side of the complex where cars are accelerating up the Hill, but we also recognize that different people have different levels of sensitivity to road noise. We rarely have complaints, but don't want our guests to be disappointed or surprised by this factor.

GROUNDS: The Wailea Ekahi complex is spaciously situated on 33 acres of land. Our village is located directly on the Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's two mile ocean front board walk. If you're not at the beach, you can enjoy one of four pools in the complex or the oceanfront pool that makes you feel like you are at the beach.  Luxury has an address and when you say Aloha to Wailea you will know that you have arrived!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy remains firm, because we our blocking our calendar for your dates and don't have the ability to offer to our repeat guests or new bookings. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL GUESTS PURCHASE A THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL INSURANCE, that lets you cancel for any reason, for your vacation! It will cover your vacation for any reason. This ensures we are both protected due to unexpected cancellations.

We had a wonderful week in Maui. This unit was sparkling clean and well appointed. The view from lanai was beautiful. We REALLY appreciated all the baby gear supplied. Thank you for a perfect week.

The condo is clean, comfortable, in a great location (very walkable to the beach, Ekahi pool and clubhouse grounds, and shopping). The owner is friendly, respectful and responsive. But, it’s the ocean views, including whale sitings, from multiple rooms and spectacular sunsets that will take your breath away! We ate most of our meals on the lanai. If we are blessed with the opportunity to visit Maui again, we will definitely try to book this condo again!
