About this villa rental

Villa's ground floor consists of a fully furnished kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining room, a common bathroom (a washing machine) as well as of one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom inside.

Apart from the basic cooking utensils, the kitchen also has an oven, a microwave oven, a dish washer, a freezer fridge and some other necessary small appliances like a coffee machine, a toaster, a water heater etc.. It is also available a wonderful dining room which offers during meals a great comfort at 8 – 10 persons. There is a fireplace at the living room while you may enjoy yourselves with a 32'' FLAT large satellite television or with a DVD player, a stereo as well as with high speed/ADSL Internet Access. All the spaces, i.e. the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are air conditioned. In general, villa's ground floor has large windows and French windows in order to offer to the guest the fantastic view towards the sea.

We had a beautiful week here, the owners go out of their way to answer any questions you have. The views are so calming, perfect for evening dinners watching the sun go down. We spent time on the lovely little local beach, which is a bit of a gem. It feels like un unknown treat. We also explored other beaches nearby. We enjoyed a few BBQs and the kids adored the pool. peaceful, unspoilt and a real getaway.

The outside of the villa is just perfect. Views are fantastic: large pool overlooking the sea on the edge of a mountain. Local walkable restaurants (not for the infirm as a very steep road up). Plumbing could be better/showers were acceptable. The hosts were brilliant. Very accommodating and helpful. The mother left a hot meal for us as we didn’t arrive until 11 pm. It was beautiful and very welcome. The trip to their families Olive Mill is a must. We were so interested in the mill and bought loads of their produce. Beds comfortable with plenty of towels. We stayed for 9 nights and had fresh linens after a week. Only four sun loungers, but there was only four of us so not sure if more are provided for bigger groups. We would definitely return.

We had a great week. The villa is in a beautiful green area less than a hour from Corfu town and airport. The pool is lovely. There were a few issues with WiFi dropping in and out and showers leaking but Spyros was charming and helpful. Adequate space for a large family or even 2 small families. A car is definitely essential for exploring the island. Great sunsets.

What an amazing holiday George one of the owners was so helpful , both leading up to the trip. Sending information to help us with our trip. Meeting our taxi and also meeting my husband in the hire car to guide us in. What an amazing villa. The views were spectacular ! We had a car , so enjoyed most of the island. Loved Scala restaurant, Chris’ place. So many good restaurants .. enjoyed them all! Amazing beaches , especially Issos and Chalikounas! There is so much more! George arranged an olive oil tour! Thank you ! An amazing boat trip with paramonas boats … We will definitely come back !

very nice was not let down the villa was just as the pictures very clean stunning views A little off the beaten track but well worth it only downside was the wasps. would happily stay in this villa again and would recommend a stay if you like remote area with only a few other villas about. car needed thanks for everything A***

We have just left Villa Paradise, it was a perfect week in Paramonas. The villa is perched on the hillside with stunning views from the pool and every room. We would recommend renting a car due to the villas location, the beach and tavernas are a walk away but the hill is pretty steep on the way back.

Myself and 9 female coworkers took a weekend getaway to Corfu. We selected this house since it was so close to the beach and had such a great view! The hosts allowed us to have an extra person stay, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor patio and grilling area were great for dinners outside as well. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away and we were the only people there (end of October!), but the beach itself was beautiful and the water was great! However, the best part about this whole trip were the hosts, George and Spyros. They both were crazy busy with harvest season for their family owned olive oil business, but still went above and beyond as hosts. We asked if they could provide a few groceries to get us through the morning, which they happily offered to take care of and they also allowed us to check in very late at night (1am!). They offered rides to the grocery store, since we didn't have a car, and in general were so friendly and helpful! We highly recommend doing the tour of their olive oil business, and the tasting was really great! Overall, a wonderful stay and I would recommend to all my friends and family to stay with George and Spyros if there in Corfu and want to get away from Corfu Town!

We spent there almost 2 weeks in June 2013. 6 adults and 5 children from 4 to 11 years There is enaught space for all. Just pay attention to the children when they are playing around the pool. We came home and still are under impression of the vacation. I've been really impressed by the beauty of this place and house. The place is absolutely quiet and natural, no car passage, immersed in the green, mountains behind, blue sea ahead (sunshine on the sea in front of the house). The house is well maintained, recently built, and well equipped. Nice pool and Jacuzzi with a sea view is exactly what you need during vacation. The sea is not far 7-10 minutes to walk. Preferable to have a car to visit other beautiful places in Corfu or you can always rent a scooter. The owner is great, offered us a boat trip, fruits, olive oil, wine during our stay. We were pleased to communicate with the owner and his family. The sea is just great; people are kind, and welcoming. This is the best choice that I have ever did.

This year i stayed in a family in a Private Luxury Villa Romantic a beautiful and allgreen place with amazing seaview and great people. Here we have everything that we want and guests are really friendly and they provide us servise that noboby in the world they can't give. they take us a boat trip with in coastline and it seems like in Paradise. We ate for first time a pastitsio and mousaka which was fantastic. Definetely i will return to this wonderful place and i will recommed to my friends!! With Love Andrey Syrianov

Very nice good furnished villa in fantastic location with amazing pool and sea view. Just 300m. to the beach. Quiet area, no massive tourism or big hotels. I think thats why villa's name is VILLA PARADISE. Owners very friendly and helpful. They gave us all the info about all activities, best restaurants, clubs, boat, car, bikes rent, best places to visit. We have been 8 persons, it is enough space for everyone. first week of october weather was the best + 30 and more. We had the best holiday ever, and we will be happy to get back :) My recommendation: you must to visit :) Best wishes, Tomas

This year i passed with my family a wnodrful holiday in Corfu. We stay in the V.I.P Luxury Villa Paradise only 200 meteres away from the clean golden beaxch of Paramonas . The whole place it was real paradise from us with a a lot of trees a superb seaview .Also the people there were helpful and the guests was very kind ans serviable with us for a first time we taste mousakas form them and it was very taste. if someone wants a peace and quite with a spectacular view and helpful, kind people Villa Paradise it is the suitable place to visit
