About this house rental
This cozy house is decorated for you to gain a unique luxurious experience with custom designs from the backsplash kitchen to the custom made bathrooms so you can feel at home with your family and friends .
This is a split floorplan from the rest of the house with your own privacy and access to the outdoor pool.
It provides a family living room, kitchen ,3 bedrooms one being the master and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are furnished and provided with Towels, shampoo, and all hygienic products. Each room has a 43” smart tv’s. This property is in a safe area located 10 minutes from downtown and about 10 minutes from the International Airport. Easy access to highways and many nearby restaurants and stores
Bedrooms
The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, walk in closet its own private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor backyard, pool area, and brand-new grill to use at your convenience.
The second room has two twin beds ideally for kids or a single person each room has central ac along with a fan to keep cool.
The third room has a king size bed with a big closet and window view out to the pool.
The hallway to the rooms provides with closet for towels and bathroom access near the two guest rooms and living room.
Kitchen/Living Room
Kitchen is newly made and has all amenities to satisfy your cooking needs. All tools are provided and even a coffee machine to keep your day going. The kitchen has a stove stop and microwave with an overhead kitchen exhaust for when you cook. The oval shape table sits 6 people centered by a tv and 2 leather couches that recline to sit back after a meal or long day and watch tv or movies.
