About this villa rental
A sandstone house (villa) built in 1907 that has been lovingly renovated with high ceilings, some stucco, wooden floors, and a beautiful garden to relax in. The holiday apartment on the ground floor (a self-contained apartment) has high-quality furnishings and is partly equipped with classic furniture. In the kitchen you will find all utensils.
We warmly welcome you and wish you a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the apartment in our nostalgic sandstone villa.
The accommodation is within walking distance of the nearby volcano path and therefore offers the best hiking conditions. The Kottenheimer Forest is a 3-minute walk from the house. Other hiking trails in the area, as well as Lake Laach (Maria Laach Monastery) and the Rieden reservoir can be reached quickly by car. The Eifel town of Mayen is 2 km away with its Genovevaburg, where the castle festival takes place every year. The cities of Koblenz, Bonn and the famous Nürburgring can be reached in 30 to 45 minutes by car. There are shopping opportunities both in town and in the surrounding small towns of Mayen and Mendig.
