Perfect for remote working or relaxing, enjoying the beach, not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is across the street with easy access. Bring your fishing gear, beach attire, toothbrush & let your cares melt away. Walk to restaurants, movies, & shopping. This COA has security cameras on the building exterior.
Sound facing contemporary, clean, & comfortable second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3-minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!
Well-appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus sitting area with view or TV, and a desk/table for dining. This condo is a great set-up for two or as an awesome remote working location.
Did we mention the view? Incredible sound views from everywhere in the condo, and the set-up is designed specifically to maximize the view of the sound. Watch the boats and the birds. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.
You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!
You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

Overall a good experience. The grounds were very clean, quiet and overlooked the sound. The bed was not very comfortable (owner stated she’d replace Mattress after we left),nor was the loveseat comfortable. The tv is small, but we didn’t watch it much. Beach access right across the street was wonderful! Host was available and responsive. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom.

The host had great communication and responded very fast if I had a question with anything. It was a very clean place and we didn’t have any problem finding what we needed. It was fully equipped with pots,pans, cups, dishes and a good selection of seasonings! We had a lot of fun and we loved how close the place was to everything! Just don’t forget about the parking pass in the binder!

We were familiar with the complex and location and were happy to find a unit on the Sound side of the complex with beautiful water and sunset views. Our room was very comfortable and perfect for two but it is also good for a young couple with one small child. The kitchen was great and well equipped with modern appliances and the bathroom, although small, worked well for us. The ceiling fans/ AC were great with the high summer temps. WiFi was good, however the cable TV was very basic, small, and dim despite efforts to brighten the screen. The owner had great communication with us which was a plus. All in all, location with large pool, picnic areas, closeness to ocean, and reasonable cost, makes this a perfect place to relax at the beach.
