My daughter was getting married at the Willowbrook Estate in Topsfield and we found the perfect place to stay! We were lucky enough to get to meet our host Jan who gave us a warm welcome, a great snack basket & lots of insider info on what to do and see in the immediate area! His house offered the perfect space for the wedding party to get ready for the big event. Everything you need is right there. Even egg- laying chickens! We'll be back soon!

House was great! Owner was helpful with answering questions. Rooms were very comfortable. The fireplaces were an awesome surprise!

The property was amazing, beautiful ourdoor space, the yard, bbq, and fire pit were the main attraction. We loved being able to cool together and be near the dining room at the same time. A few things were different than the listing, but the host was very accommodating and easy to reach.

Jan’s place was absolutely amazing, and Jan was an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. To our surprise, there were plenty of delicious desserts waiting for us! Jan was incredibly communicative, super responsive, and gave us great recommendations for food and activities for my family and me.
The home was beautiful, surrounded by peaceful and scenic views. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Salem was just 20 minutes away, and many other attractions were conveniently close. The space was spotless, spacious, and incredibly cozy. We will definitely be back in the future!
