About this house rental
On a verdant hillside, surrounded by numerous olive trees and just about 18 km from the beach of Fano on the Adriatic Sea: Holiday home with private above-ground pool (fenced in) and garden. This five-person farmhouse is perfect for a relaxing holiday in a quiet, cool setting, a haven after sunbathing and diving into the Adriatic Sea. Relax in the private pool or sit in the garden overlooking a large olive grove with views of the Apennines and the Furglo Gorge. There are numerous historic destinations nearby, such as the famous stalactite cave "Grotte di Frasassi," the Palazzo Ducale in Urbino, and many medieval mountain villages such as Montemaggiore sul Metauro, Orciano, and Mondavio. Mobility: Not suitable for guests with limited mobility. DEPOSIT: Refundable 3 days after departure, subject to an inspection of the house and pool. The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Only dogs up to shoulder height 50 cm allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
