This was a great little house for our little family getaway. My children loved the heated pool. Amenities were great communication was fantastic.

Everything was beautiful, pool hot tub amazing, the extras like beach stuff and pool table were lovely also.

We paid extra to have to pool heated. Upon arrival, the pool was cold. Mark, the owner was prompt to communicate that the heater was broken and had a repair scheduled. Mark state he would discount the pool heat fee; however, I have not yet seen a credit. The water in the pool was clear however, lots of fine debris floating. The filter did not seem to capture it. the pool floor and walls were "rusty".The grill also was very dirty and rusty.Over all cleanliness of the house was very good and our stay was enjoyable
