Private cozy historic two bedroom house just blocks from the University of Arizona and a short 5-minute drive to downtown dining, shops, theaters, and nightlife. The home is just a 5 minute bike ride to the University and it sits on the Mountain Avenue bike path just north of Banner-University Medical Center and the U of A campus. Great location. Blocks from Banner and the U of A. Also a short drive from delicious restaurants, grocery and access to the 10. Really appreciated that the house had stuff there for us. Papertowels, check. TP refills, check. Coffee pods, check. We didn’t really cook while there but the kitchen looked decently supplied. Nice back yard too. Beds are firm! If that’s your jam, this place is for you. If not, you may want to look for another spot.
