The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom features a basic, clean design for your comfort.
Outside, enjoy the heated pool with lounge chairs and BBQ grill area for meals or leisure time. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit.

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

We only had a few days and wanted something reasonably priced with easy airport access and walkable to the beach and restaurants. The location is right across the street from public access on a very nice beach where umbrellas and chairs can be rented daily or weekly. The unit is small and simple - perfect for two people. Kitchen is well stocked and starter supplies were provided. The pool was a pleasant surprise - it’s small but very clean. Management company was very responsive - we arrived late at night and had a small issue with the parking pass and received a response to a message within minutes.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. It was such a quick walk to the beach and to local restaurants, and it’s right beside a gas station open 24hrs which was also very convenient. The pool area was very clean and so was the unit. We will definitely be returning!
