About this house rental

Sea Star is a exquisite new vacation beach home fully equipped and built to a high standard. The home is a spacious one story 1600 square foot open floor plan with raised ceilings for an extra spacious feel. This new home is tastefully furnished and setup with 4 TVs. The kitchen is a lovely well-appointed designer kitchen open to the living and dining areas - just perfect for entertaining. Each bedroom is spacious with luxuriously comfortable beds. The open deck looks down at the spacious pool surrounded by a smooth, cool paver pool deck. There are charcoal and gas grills for your convenience. North Captiva Island is accessible only by boat, and is golf cart, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic only. A new four-seater cart comes with your rental for licensed drivers only. We loved our time at North Captiva. Being at Sea Star was a big part. House is well stocked for cooking. House well equipped for beach and pool activities. Super clean. Comfortable. Great location to beaches and Club. We will be back !

Considering 3 major storms past 2 years the property was as good or better than expected. The on-island stafff were excellent !!

Communication was great from the moment we booked. All of our questions were answered quickly. Checkin was a breeze. Jen was very helpful. I think the interior is actually nicer in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is exceptionally well provisioned and well organized. We had everything we needed.
