About this apartment rental
Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats come in Perdido Pass or take a short walk along the boardwalk and stroll the sugar white sands of Orange Beach. This is a small complex with only 21 units which cuts down on a lot of noise and traffic. Across the street is San Roc Cay marina which has shops, restaurants, charter fishing, and boat slips.
The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops with a modern, sleek tile black-splash. The condo is very spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. There is a bunk area with 2 small bunk beds that are perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper. The condo is located on the second floor of a three story complex. The complex has an elevator.
The complex is a gated community. There is a gas grill for guests to use.
The complex has a nice, large pool.
Minimum age is 25 to rent.
Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit.

Condo was as listed/pictured. Cozy place within a short walk to the beach.

The photos make this condo look really pretty - when you actually arrive and start to unpack you see all the DIY projects that didn’t go well.
The paint is very poorly done. The cabinets have seen much better days and the backsplash is made up on plastic stick ons not glass tiles at all. The bunk room is VERY VERY small. The tv in the bunk room and master did not work unless you had a Netflix account. There are NO HANGERS in any of the closets. The kitchen supplies were limited and new pots and pans would be nice - the one skillet burned everything. There is no K Cup coffee pot. The washer and dryer combo is located in the Living Room and it is LOUD but they wash and dry well. Location is good and the beach was quiet and not overly crowded. There is quite a walk to the beach but there was a wagon on the back patio that helped. The bathroom shower was falling apart and the vanities were just dated and needed to be replaced. The air works great and the water gets hot quickly. The threshold was very loose and eventually just came up and the outlet in the hallway was poorly done and had gaps to allow a child to put their finger between the exposed space and the wall. One of the dresser drawer handles in the master is hanging on by one side. There is no storage in the bunk room at all - just enough space to sleep and nothing else. The decorations were on point and really well done but at the end of the day there needs to be attention given to several items I listed.
