Small but nice: Villa Flego offers 70 square meters of living space and comfort for up to 4 people. It is therefore ideal for small families or couples looking for peace and seclusion in central Istria. The layout of the rooms is practical and simple. On the first floor you will find an open plan living and dining area with kitchen, where you can feel at home. A small WC completes the first floor. Stairs lead you to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, where there is also a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a television. The outside area of the villa is no less attractive. From the living area on the first floor, a glass door leads to the inviting terrace with a charming seating area. There is also a work surface with a sink and an outdoor fireplace, which not only creates a cozy warmth on cool nights, but can also be used as a charcoal barbecue. Right next to it are the private pool and sun loungers, which provide relaxation on beautiful summer days. Can you imagine relaxing there and enjoying the view of the greenery? Your dream vacation is just a click away...Villa Flego is located in the idyllic village of Kaldir, which is only 8 km away from the medieval town of Motovun. Numerous restaurants and taverns tempt you with regional specialties such as high-quality olive oil, home-made cheese and ham, top wines and, of course, truffles, for which the region is world-famous.
