About this house rental
Enjoy our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in lovely La Jolla. We are on Soladad Mountain facing south. Views are spectacular and the ocean is just a little more than a mile away. We have fireworks every night thanks to Sea World. The pool is private and sides to a large back yard filled with fruit trees. Enjoy the outdoors with a built in Barbeque and bar. Also enjoy an outside TV and stereo speakers. The home has a view from the living room of the ocean, city and bay. The front of the house is all windows leading out onto the deck. Two master suites, one with a King size bed and the other with a queen. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Both open up to the pool backyard area. The open floor plan is great for entertaining from the kitchen, living room and family room. All of the towels and linens are high quality. There are flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms, living room, Family room and outside patio ( 7 total).The home is over 3,000 S.F.

A house in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to many places. Some parts of the house have been updated while others are pretty dated. We had some cleanliness issues upon check-inn but we were able to resolve that with the host. Unfortunately the pool heater was also broken but that was fixed on our last day and should be ready for the next guest. Over all the house we pretty comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The backyard was a nice place to spend time.
