The setting was magic. By the river. Very relaxing.
It might be something you could help with - we were 2 people booking 2 rooms. However on your website it said 1 room!!
As we wanted a room each, I was so disappointed when I went to bed on the first night… And my bed wasn’t made up. It was a double bind with a double bed on the bottom.
Difficult to make properly for a 72 year old with dizziness and breathing issues. So I just threw the sheet on top as best I could.
It ending up being ok. But just ok because it was so cold.
So maybe the messaging you send could include my selection of 2 people and 2 rooms - please?

Cabin was clean.
Didn’t have enough towels for everyone, the children’s beds were not made and I am too old to make top bunk beds. The recreation areas were old and run down.
