About this villa rental
This beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury Florida villa overlooking a conservation area to the rear and located in the gated and desirable community of the Sanctuary at West Haven. The property enjoys a secluded position as is not overlooked on any side.
The spacious living areas include a large lounge with 50' flat screen cable television complete with premiership football, DVD player and films. A family room where you can relax and listen to music;, a formal dining area, a fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen with a breakfast dining area. The upstairs loft leisure area has a flat screen TV, Films, DVD and a PlayStation 3 and games. The very well equipped games room has a large cooling fan. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, flat screen television and large en-suite bathroom. There is a second master bedroom with a Queen-size bed, flat screen television and large en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms have two twin beds, televisions and adjacent bathroom.
The property and the pool area are not overlooked on ANY side.
The sparking blue swimming pool has a colour changing light display and a raised jacuzzi spa which can be heated separately (optional).
Our villa is located only 12 minutes from Disney in the gated and desirable community of the Sanctuary at West Haven just one mile from Champions Gate, which provides a Public Supermarket, shops, restaurants, two championship golf courses, and a 4 star Omni hotel with a further 5 restaurants. There is easy access to the other theme parks at Universal, SeaWorld, Lego land, and Busch Gardens.
Posner Park Shopping Mall is 3 miles south on Highway 27. The theme parks of Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, and the new Attraction of Legoland are close to hand, and with Busch Gardens and the magnificent Gulf Coast beaches easily accessible via Interstate 4. There are numerous restaurants, shops, outlet malls, and supermarkets within a few minutes. There are many superb golf courses within 10 miles including Champions gate with two Greg Norman designed courses, Reunion with three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicholas, Highland Reserve, Providence, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake, Diamond Back, and Falcon's Fire.

Villa has all the things you need for a family stay, however the photos are out of date and the Lake View is now a tree and scrub view. If you want to see water you will be disappointed. On a positive note, it is very private and not overlooked. Paid for pool heating which was worth it, making the temperature very pleasant. Also we were pleased to see a photo of the BBQ in the lanai on VRBO and be told in the info brochure sent that its free to use, however when we had bought all our BBQ food and asked for the padlock code to use it I was told its not for us to use and is broken. You will have to pay to rent one if you want one. Maintenance issues fed back to their management Co were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and owners also responded quickly to our online queries.Its a lovely area to stay, as long as you have your own transport, as Disney and universal is at least half an hrs drive away, although the I4 had roadworks during our stay so most journeys took an hr. All in all, we didnt regret booking this villa as a 3 generation family group, and had a truly memorable holiday.

Location is FABULOUS! Quiet and private. FYI ..Need to request BBQ grill to be moved out of garage prior to your start of you want to use it or you have to move it through the house because the garage does not open. Bought a box fan since we weren't allowed toturn the air below 74. Left it for future vacationers in the closet. Spider webs in living room by TV cabinet and ants in the leather couch. Pool was great and they come clean on Tuesdays. Only slept in downstairs primary, comfy. Headboard and footboard are really wobbly. Kitchen needs a bigger skillet, only a small one available, holds 2 eggs. If you need to report anything, need to call the management and not message the owners. Overall, good stay and recommend...as long as you know what to do and how to prepare ahead of time.
