We are so excited to offer this newly purchased and renovated condo for others to enjoy! It has been a joy to pour my heart and soul into it to create the perfect vacation getaway! I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! We basically started from scratch. Practically everything is brand new!
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 21th floor. A reserved parking space is located on the 3rd floor of the building. No more hassle hunting for a parking space! (One time $40 parking fee is not included in the rental amount.)
Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size beds in both bedrooms. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs, and two chaise loungers. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.
NO MORE FUMBLING WITH KEY CARDS THAT DON'T WORK OR KEEPING UP WITH A KEY!
* No more worries about getting a key 'after hours'
* No more fear that someone has kept a key and could enter your condo during your stay

We took my in laws for a short stay at the beach. Everyone was courteous and helpful as they are elderly. The room was clean and was in excellent condition. Great proximity to the beach

We had a wonderful stay in this condo this past weekend. The condo is beautiful, had everything we needed. We sat out in the beautiful balcony and enjoyed the view. The office staff at the condo was very friendly. You won’t regret staying here. It was not crowded. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. I can wait to go back.
