It is in a very quiet and small building with complete independence ,where you can spend some relaxing time.
Possibility a garage very near in a public parking. But the car is not needed as it is close to the beach, pool complex Martiánez. In a commercial area with all kinds of supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors. Taxis and buses nearby. Close to all entertainment areas of the city. In the center.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the sea, shops, bars and restaurants. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Conchi was very helpful and communication was always prompt.

The appartment is verry nice and is centrallx located with good infrastructure near by.
Supermarkets and beach as well as the bus station can by reached in a few minuted walking.

What a great apartment, great location, well equipped everything you could need. Conchi was excellent very helpful and replied to any questions straight away. Would love to go back soon.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The quality of furnishing and decoration is to a very high standard and exactly as the photos show. Its in a very central location with immediate access to all facilities that you may need. Conchi (the owner) was very responsive to our questions and was pefectily on time providing the keys. I would highly recommend this apartment, and will for sure be returning.
