The view is spectacular and as the name says, the beach is right at your feet. However, the properties next door are undergoing major renovations and the serenity is broken with power tools starting around 8am. Not very relaxing outside either with trades people working out there.
The stairs getting down to the beach need urgent attention as weather has eroded them to a poor condition. Elderly or less mobile folks would probably struggle to use them.
The property is a little dated with one bathroom and seperate toilet. Worked fine for us as a couple but not sure how larger groups would manage.
Could do with providing a few more staples such as salt and pepper, paper towels, and even a spare toilet roll.
Overall the view is stunning so I would still recommend just for the location.

Although some parts of the property are a bit dated (bathroom, bedroom) The main living area and kitchen and back porch on the ocean are just amazing! Our kids took advantage of the kayak that is included and loved it! There is also the front Barbecue area, outdoor shower, plenty of dining areas, etc. One of our all time favorite beach stays for sure!
