-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through Abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%

The property was lovely, is well equipped, and was overall clean. When we arrived the trash bins were overflowing,and stayed that way for a week.Also upon arrival the shower drain did not drain so it was unusable to us the first week. The electronic key entry never worked. The management company was very responsive but I would have hoped these things would have been checked prior to arrival. Overall it was a nice unit.
