Needed a place to stay for two weeks for 5 family members for a funeral service of a close relative. Was much cheaper than two or three hotels rooms for the same time frame. Was able use the full kitchen and washer and dryer. Had no issues. The house was large and was close to the funeral home and other places we needed to go to during this time. It definiatley suited our needs for this trip.

Property was very neat and clean. Could use a night stand in the room with twin beds. Host was quick to answer my inquiries. Back patio was very nice and quiet, course there was a playground behind the house but was not in use. The living room floor felt "soft" like it had issues with the sub-flooring. I would stay there again and my companions said the same thing.

It was not a comfortable stay. 1) The entry pad needs to change as it takes ten minutes to get into the house. 2) The air-condition is set at 85 degrees in August in Florida. The host responded, but the air-condition did not work. 3) Aside from the uncomfortable stay, the refrigerator also spoiled our items as it is not working. 4) We had bugs that also showed up. The washer and dryer worked and we also had clean sheets on the bed. The home was clean overall. There was a lot of space and the front room has a huge couch. We were surprised that this stay was not pleasant as we normally book through VRBO with no complaints. Hopefully those items are fixed before the next renter goes there.

The property was clean and a good size for our purposes. A lamp of some kind in the living room area would have been a nice addition when it was dark at night. Hollywood Beach was about a 30 minute drive from this location. Grocery stores were close by which was convenient. Fort Lauderdale Airport was reasonably close by too (20-30 minutes).

The house was excellently clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family of six. Kitchen is sufficiently and well equipped. The neighbourhood is quiet and obviously safe. Communication with the contact person was fairly easy. We definitely recommend this house!

The neighborhood was very nice I felt safe The problem I had was with the inside of the property. I felt like there were a lot of projects that were not completed prior to posting the property available for rental. Whoever cleaned the property last did not do a good job at it. I bought additional cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. Also the bedding and the property was not good quality I felt like I was staying in my 80 year old grandmothers house. The shower in one of the bathrooms did not work that was a really big inconvenience I specifically rented this property because they had two bathrooms The property manager was really nice easy to deal with. Responded in a timely manner and actually left hand sanitizer Lysol and Clorox wipes that was an added bonus. Overall the property is not bad it just needs fine tuned.

4 of us came to Ft. Lauderdale for a quick getaway. This location was without problem...other than actually finding it. The adddress is North Lauderdale. When using GPS, you must put in that city. We had no issues. I will point out that the drawers were not organized and we found someone's clothes in one of the bedrooms. This didn't change our plans--quiet neighbors, too.
