Pet friendly and set on a secluded 30 acres - you’ll feel miles away from civilisation, despite being just 12 minutes from Coffs Harbour, 11 from Sawtell Beach, and 20 from the charming town of Bellingen.

Bonvarly Guest House is a thoughtfully styled, architecturally designed 4-bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 9. Child and pet friendly - perfect for family holidays, groups of friends, special occasions or simply an easy stay for a work trip.
With breathtaking mountain views, lush green gardens and private swimming holes – seclusion and privacy are just the beginning of what this tranquil property has to offer.
Multiple north facing living spaces to relax, lounge or socialise in. One with a working fireplace for the colder winter evenings. There is also central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable in the mid north coast weather all year round.
A large, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a tasty meal including a Breville Barista Express coffee machine to satisfy your morning perk.
Don’t feel like cooking? Don’t be fooled by the rural seclusion of this property – the local pizza joint will still deliver pizza to your door. Woolworths and Coles can bring your groceries too.
A north facing outdoor dining area allows you to take full advantage of the fresh country air while soaking up the uninterrupted mountain view. Complete with a full-size BBQ to throw together a quick bite.
4 bedrooms, 2 with their own ensuites an all with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding. There is also a Koala Sofa bed in the front living room for those extra add on guests. A travel cot can be set up upon request.
Bringing the kids? You will find toys and books to keep them entertained in bedroom four. And when they get sick of running around the vast open outdoor space, there is a swing set to help them burn off that extra energy.
A full-size laundry with top of the line Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer will make longer stays all that more convenient.
A TV on wheels with an Apple TV and access to the major streaming platforms is located in the back living room but can easily be relocated to wherever you feel like lounging that day. Keen for a screen free stay? There is a bookshelf filled with reads to cater to every taste along with a variety of boardgames too.
A shared saltwater pool is available for use, subject to house rules.
If you’re into mountain biking, the pine creek forest trails (cows with guns) can be accessed via a path directly opposite the entry to our property. Or if golf is more your thing, the world renowned Bonville Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. You could surf at Sawtell beach, 12 minutes away or hike through the world heritage listed Dorrigo National Park, 50 minutes away.
Or simply take a roam around the property, visit the twenty chickens, say hello to the cows, or take a dip in the pristine waters of Bonville Creek.

A family get together (one group from Brisbane, the other from Newcastle), with attractions for two young girls. Description of arrival was good for actual end of GPS direction. The house was well set up for our group, access to playground equipment, chicken watching and gathering the odd egg was enjoyable, the dogs added character! We brought a dog ourselves and that worked well. Great for walking about, talking to cows, chooks, and a glorious view to the mountains. The fireplace worked really well. We didn't use the aircon. in early July. Bellingen is 'Touristy' but worth the 20 minute drive.A worthwhile destination for the family.

So picturesque.
House is lovely with so much attention to detail! Clean, big (we had 13pp, a couple air mattress added) close to town to get anything you need. Tourist attractions, beaches.
Or just stroll around property looking at the creek and waterfall, cows and chooks.
It was an awesome location for our double birthday family location! Highly recommend!
Oh and host are lovely.
