Built in 1889, this historic building located in the heart of Canal Park will wow you with character. Inside your condo the massive Douglas fir beams and original 14 foot exposed brick walls are without compare. This fully furnished 1,250 square foot condominium comfortably sleeps 8 adults in the king bedroom with private bath, 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds, and fold out couch in the living room. The 2nd full bathroom adds comfort for everyone. Although not stocked for a gourmet chef, the kitchen includes all of the amenities that you expect for a weekend retreat including a full size range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
Outside your bedroom window is the William A. Irving Ore Boat which is available for tours; for a special treat come during October for the haunted ship! If fishing the big lake is on the menu, Duluth’s charter fleet is across the parking lot. If the weather keeps you in, take advantage of the indoor pool, hot tub, children’s shallow pool, or fitness center; and at the end of the day grab a drink at Hoops Brewing without ever stepping foot outside.
Duluth has year round opportunities and adventures to offer and conveniences are second to none as you will be within walking distance of the world renowned Aerial Lift Bridge, Maritime Museum, Bayfront Festival Park and Playground, Great Lakes Aquarium, North Shore Scenic Railroad, Amsoil Arena, Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center, many unique shops, and over a dozen eating and drinking establishments. If you’re in town to compete, nothing beats limping the two blocks back to your condo after finishing Grandmas Marathon or the North Shore Inline Marathon.

The condo was exactly as described, clean and nicely appointed. The host was readily available to answer any questions, and our check-in/check-out was seamless. We would highly recommend.

Location was great. Host was very responsive. We had a cleanliness issue when we arrived and she dealt with it very quickly. The same industrial/warehouse feel that gives this place its charm also means it's loud. Lots of noise from the floor above and anytime a neighbor uses the shower. We were unlucky enough to have a family with an unhappy baby above us that we got to hear throughout the weekend. Nothing the host can do about that, but something potential guests should be aware of.

Condo was perfect for me and my two kids. Beds were super comfortable. View was amazing with William Irving ship outside the bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. Property owner was so kind and responsive. Only issue we had was chlorine levels in pool (hotel issue; not condo) that haven’t kids chlorine rashes which was very painful. Happened two different days which was unfortunate.

The condo was perfect for a family of four! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were amazing! There was adequate towels and toiletries. It was all clean and well maintained.As a helpful note, be sure to read all the instructions provided because parking and entrance can be confusing. Any door from the parking lot can get you to where you need to go!
