About this house rental
With a view of the Dune Pool and easy beach access, Grand Central makes a great location for a stay at Cinnamon Shore. Casual luxury meets beachy comfort in a home that has everything you need—even a garage, elevator and peeks over the beach boardwalk toward the Gulf!
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING: A window-wrapped family room has plenty of comfy seating for everyone, all gathered in front of a fireplace and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A game table provides board games and a perfect spot to play cards.
The dining table – get this! – doubles as a ping pong table. So, clear the dishes and start a friendly family competition! The spacious kitchen island offers extra seating for meals or a place a perch while chatting during meal prep. Stainless appliances and well-stocked kitchen drawers and cabinets have all your cookware essentials, and a wet bar offers an extra sink and space to pour sunset cocktails.
A gas grill and outdoor dining ensures great entertaining for your family or for a crowd.
Downstairs, a second den provides a place for smaller group to gather.

In the master, a four-poster bed takes center stage in a room bathed in light streaming through French doors with transom window. The master bath offers double vanities and walk-in shower. The other 2nd-floor king suite is serene oasis in all-white bedding and surf-theme artwork.

Inside the house, two laundry rooms, one on each floor, makes it easy to manage washing duties. The 2nd-floor laundry room has counterspace for = additional kitchen appliances, such as a microwave and extra coffee maker. A single-car garage in the rear offers convenient parking and an easy place to unpack as you arrive – you can even send groceries up to the 2nd-floor kitchen on the convenient elevator, which also makes the house very accessible for all.

Oh my goodness, this might have been our favorite rental yet! We became in January like we always do (year 3)- and it got particularly cold towards the middle of our stay! Thank goodness for this house— it’s in a great location, it was perfectly stocked with so many board games and puzzles and cards and chess— we even had time to learn new games as a family! We have young kids in the house was perfectly compatible. The beds were so comfortable, the house itself is obviously well built because it’s very quiet for those that want some peace and quiet downstairs lol. I loved all the sweet decoration touches— made it feel extra cozy. Bonus: even staying in the winter you have no idea how nice it is have to TWO laundry rooms!!

My husband and I were celebrating his 80th birthday and a venuefor two meals and lots of visiting. The home is beautifully appointed, across from the Dune Pool with a short walk to the beach. There are two kings upstairs with one of them being ensuite and one ensuite king downstairs and an ensuite bunk room with 5 beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the elevator made life easy for our family members with mobility issues as well with loading and unloading. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!
