About this apartment rental

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath Mid-Century Modern apartment is a single-level end unit (no adjoining unit). It's in S. Eugene near 29th & Willamette -- easy walking to popular restaurants & shopping, and only 2 miles to the UofO.

It's perfect for 1-2 couples, business travelers & Duck fans! It's fully furnished with all the amenities you'll need, including a full kitchen, coin-op laundry, wi-fi & 55" SmartTV for streaming from Netflix, etc.

This was a nice place to stay. It was clean and well furnished. The host was very welcoming, responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions for checking in and out.

Great mid modern unit in the heart of South Eugene.

The interior is just as advertised. Very clean and well decorated. The location is not great. We walked to a few places and the neighborhood is not the nicest part of Eugene. The property manager was fine, a little abrupt, but quick to help me when the lock code did not work. However, very strict instructions on cleanliness, they ask you to be sure to not only wash but polish anything that you use or you will be fined. Then I got a notification a week later that there was a stain on the sheets they could not remove and they charged me 75. overall I would say it’s not worth the money. It was quite expensive. Also, I saw comments that there was a lot of light coming in through the windows, the owner said they would fix that. However, it was still the case when we got there. And keep in mind there’s only air conditioning in the living room. If you close the bedroom doors, it will not reach your room.
