No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in all common areas
BBQ: An electric BBQ is provided. Open-flame BBQs are not permitted per HOA regulations. Please do not bring your own
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 years or older and provide a valid photo ID, credit card, and a signed rental agreement before arrival
Compliance: Guests may incur city fines for noise violations or exceeding occupancy or parking limits

Winter Weather Advisory
During winter storms, 4WD or chains may be required. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection against weather-related travel disruptions.
