About this apartment rental
Come relax and enjoy this well appointed and spacious mountain resort condo centrally located in the majestic Rocky mountains. We are a 5 minute walk away from restaurants and shops, 15 minute walk to downtown Canmore and a 15 minute drive to Banff. Beautiful walking trails are just outside the door. This location is perfect for it all.
Enjoy the mountain views off the balcony, cuddle by the fireplace, soak in one of three outdoor hot tubs, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, dine in or out with ease, and after a eventful day, snuggle in the luxurious king sized beds. This is an ideal place for families and friends to stay.
(Please note: the condo strictly enforces quiet time between 10pm-7am with fines levied for infractions. Sorry, no parties allowed.)
*Pools and Hot tubs are open year around* (If the outdoor temperature drops below -20C, pools and hot tubs are closed.)
CONDO DESCRIPTION
- Located in a quiet location on the 3rd floor of the Grizzly building in the Lodges at Canmore
- 5 minute walk to shops, 15 minute drive to Banff
- Air Conditioning units for each room *newly installed: end of May 2025*
- Pillow-top pocket coil king mattresses for a comfortable and well supported sleep
- 2 Bedrooms - each with one King sized bed
- *New Queen Sofa Bed (converts into a comfortable memory foam bed to accommodate 2)
- 2 Full bathrooms
- Balcony with BBQ
- Natural gas fireplace
- Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Kitchen fully stocked with appliances, utensils and basic seasonings
- Towels and extra linens provided
- Washer and Dryer in the unit
- 3 TVs (one in each bedroom, one in living room)

The suite was very roomy, comfortable and quiet and the host was very responsive. To no fault of the host, the pool and hot tubs are in awkward areas (for me) and very busy - no room in the hot tubs during most of our stay so we opted out. The pool is on the main roadway in so exposed to car traffic but this is identified in the add so again no fault of host whatsoever. This is a very family friendly resort and the rules are strict for quiet after 10 which is nice as I was there for work. The location was excellent, beds were comfy and the suite was stocked well with everything you could possibly need. Felt like a very nice home away from home. We would certainly stay again.

The unit was as posted and in a very convenient area. The host was very responsive. The unit was well equipped with all we needed. A great experience. Would come back again.
