Les Thebaides is a large new villa for rent on the magnificent beach of Plaka. Designed for a stay with family or friends up to 12 people.
The villa has six air-conditioned double bedrooms with their own bathroom and wc. An equipped kitchen open to the living room. A small TV lounge. An additional wc. A large terrace with pergola housing an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area. An 8x3 m swimming pool. Outdoor shower.

Loved our stay. The views are great as is the pool and walking distance to restaurants. House was well equipped. Ana was very responsive. Only recommendations I have is a better wine opener, WiFi extender outside by pool, plastic bar glasses. A hot tub would be a fantastic addition,

The home was very bright & clean with plenty of bedrooms for the 9 of us stunning views of the sea. The home comes with a daily cleaning (surface cleaning only) which was very convenient. The house is only a 3 minute walk to Plaka Beach which is very peaceful. There were restaurants & small shops as well as a few nice beach clubs at Plaka Beach all within walking distance from the house. It was also very easy to get to a supermarket as well as to Churo, the main small city on Naxos which was very lively with amazing food, great shops and lots to do.

We had an amazing time at Les Thebaides! The villa is in a great location. Steps to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and markets. We rented two cars for the 10 of us, and I would highly recommend that. Besides the beach and one or two reataurants, there was not too much within close walking distance, especially given the heat. The villa slept all 10 of us very comfortably. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The AC worked well, except for when the power briefly went out one night and a technician needed to come out the next morning to get it going again. The washer and dryer was great. The pool and deck were great and we spent a lot of time out there, even though it was hot. The pergola helped. The kitchen had everything we needed, though the fridge was small and struggled a little to keep everything cold. Ana was amazing! She was quick to respond with any questions and gave us lots of suggestions. Celina was also great, there just about everyday to clean the villa. We had a great time at Les Thebaides! It was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation! Thank you!!

We had a fantastic week in May 2025 at Les Thebaides villa. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and is only a 2 minute walk to the nicest beach on Naxos. It was heaven. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we made use of the BBQ on several nights. Ana was so helpful which checking us in/out and with recommendations for where to get groceries/pharmacies particularly and Tonya came every day to clean which was amazing.We did not rent a car but some of our group rented bikes (from Aurelia bikes) which were very useful. There is a bus stop at the nearest shop which is about a 10 minute walk away. We could not have had a better experience and look forward to returning to Naxos again.
