The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
Firewood is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire but is not provided by host.

Enjoyed hot tub and pool table. Close to skying and quiet neighborhood. Only downside, one bedroom smelled of sewage. Couldn’t use it but had plenty of room in rest of the house.
