Great common areas for family or reunions but with more private sections.Centrally located in Portland, close to everything including downtown, restaurants, ferry's, breweries, waterfront and 3.5 mile trail around back cove. Fresh, sunny with local nautical charm. Sleeps 8. Fully fenced in back yard.

Nice house and location. Good communication- easy check in, check out and wifi info. Somewhat sparsely equipped.We could have used a baking sheet or dish, oven mitts, some more sheets and blankets- minor things.

The house was very comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sharing meals in the kitchen and gathering on the sectional in the living room. We visited LL Bean and had dinner at a wonderful restaurant in Portland (Minato's).I loved walked the dogs along the cove and through the neighborhood.

Back cove neighborhood was really cute…house is fine and enough space for our family of 8 but there were no amenities (toiletries, etc) and one bathroom for so many people was a bit challenging. Otherwise house was clean and location was nice!
