About this house rental
Attractive two-bedroom / two-bath ranch-style home with ensuite main bedroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. Sleeps 4 (up to six with an approved option.) Skylights in En Suite bathroom and kitchen. Non-Smoking Home.

Shopping, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants are nearby; there are places to fish, boat docks, boat ramps, a bay beach, bike paths, and golf nearby.
You have easy access to the Parkway and the entire South Jersey Shore.
This home has central A/C, two bedrooms and two baths, a living room and family room, 3 TVs, Xfinity Cable service, DVD, WiFi, ceiling fans, W/D, and a patio area with a barbeque grill.
There is a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. A queen sofa bed is in the family room, which has French doors for privacy and can serve as a 3rd bedroom with special arrangements—the dining area seats six—driveway parking for cars and a boat trailer. Ample on-street parking is also available.
A backyard shed accommodates bikes and beach things.
This is a comfortable home for you to enjoy and relax. The house and convenient location will make your seashore vacation perfect!

This is the second time we have stayed at Louise’s property and we can’t wait to return next year! As a host, Louise is exceptional at responding with any questions or concerns. Check in is a breeze. Louise has always been responsive to feedback and I appreciate all of the additions that have been added since the last time we stayed. It’s quite clear she works hard for guests to offer them an exceptional stay. And, we had just that. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The laundry area is a welcome respite after a day at the beach when you want warm, clean clothes to crawl into. The amount of pillows, blankets and duvets is also much appreciated. With two children in tow, everyone had just what they need for a great night’s sleep. We have always loved the bedrooms - both are inviting and cozy. An additional pullout sofa is towards the back of the house if needed for extra guests who may want a little more privacy. Please note: this is a traditional “beach home” as far as linens go: you’ll need to bring sheets for the bed along with towels however, everything else is provided. Wonderful hot water for long showers after a day on the boardwalk, two amazing restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The neighborhood itself is quiet, well kept and loaded with friendly neighbors. This is our absolute favorite home to stay in when we visit OC. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Outstanding visit year after year! Thank you, Louise and family!
