About this house rental
Attractive two-bedroom / two-bath ranch-style home with ensuite main bedroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. Sleeps 4 (up to six with an approved option.) Skylights in En Suite bathroom and kitchen. Non-Smoking Home.

You have easy access to the Parkway and the entire South Jersey Shore.
This home has central A/C, two bedrooms and two baths, a living room and family room, 3 TVs, Xfinity Cable service, DVD, WiFi, ceiling fans, W/D, and a patio area with a barbeque grill.
There is a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. A queen sofa bed is in the family room, which has French doors for privacy and can serve as a 3rd bedroom with special arrangements—the dining area seats six—driveway parking for cars and a boat trailer. Ample on-street parking is also available.
A backyard shed accommodates bikes and beach things.
This is a comfortable home for you to enjoy and relax. The house and convenient location will make your seashore vacation perfect!

Overall fine for what we needed during our stay. Got there everything looked clean and presentable other than the lawn. Wasn’t mowed and looked overgrown. There were no sheets or pillowcases nor towels. We had to contact the host to let her know some things came up during our stay. Louise was nice and tried getting in touch with the manager for this house to help rectify. 9:30pm we received a code to find them since the manager wasn’t responding/answering. The fridges filter was not replaced and it is city water. So be prepared to bring your own water etc. also there is a coffee maker but we couldn’t figure out how to use/may be broken. There’s plenty of silverware and all. Spices and oil must bring yourself. There’s sponges and soap for dishes and pods for the dishwasher. The rooms were comfortable overall. Just expected a little bit more based on the prior reviews before coming.

Wonderful single home in quiet family-type neighborhood. House has everything anyone would need for comfort, entertaining, cooking, sleeping! Impeccably clean and comfortable. Off street parking is convenient. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. Very comfortable beds. Nice places to hang, from the living room to the back area. Checkin was very easy.
