Located in the heart of the Authie Bay, in an exceptional setting - a landscaped park with trees, with a secured pond and a tennis court - this luxury detached 65 sq. m gite has all comfort and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.
The house is luminous, not overlooked, and has been fully refurbished in April, 2014. It has a garden area with a private external terrace in a 2 hectares park, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking space.

- Lounge/living area: flat screen television, DVD player, Hi-Fi system, Internet access, bookcase (DVD/CD/books available), sofa-bed for 2 people
- Fully equipped open plan kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bar

1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms carefully decorated: beds (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm) made upon arrival, armchairs, and wardrobes
- Bathroom: shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, hair-dryer, towels/flannels/bathmat available
Upon request with no additional fee: baby cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron table, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products.

A quiet, peaceful location. The property was just as it was advertised in the listing. A little difficult to find initially partly because of some road works / diversion.Would recommend for up to four people (two double beds). The stairs are quite 'steep' and rather narrow if that would be a problem (perhaps showing my age with that comment)Lots of equipment / crockery except only 4 mugs!!

Nice little property on private land, no traffic, and very quiet. Very easy to find on google maps and check in was easy.
The house has everything which you would need and very clean.
Julia our host was very quick to respond to any questions.
We would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay: quiet, clean, well-equipped house. Close to beach. Nice to watch seals at bay d’autrie
