This splendid 5-bedroom mansion in St Martí Sarroca accommodates 10 guests and is surrounded by stunning vineyards. It is perfect for many families travelling together and comes with a private garden and a charcoal barbecue.
The town centre is just 5 km away and brings all facilities within reach. You can find good restaurants and supermarkets at 4 km. Sea is 30 km away, to spend a day full of seaside relaxation.
The mansion has a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with a high chair, and a sitting room with TV. The recreation room has table tennis table and a boules court for entertainment. Spend magical evenings in the illuminated garden enjoying the barbecue. You can also relax in the verandah watching the peaceful nature. This mansion will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
Public transport is at 7 km.
You can check-in between 6 – 8 PM and check-out between 11 AM – 12 PM.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir haben auf dem Weg in einem sehr langen Stau gesteckt und konnten unmöglich zur vereinbarten Zeit das Haus erreichen. Wir haben den Hauseigentümer Ramon Teulera kontaktiert und er hat uns beruhigt und es möglich gemacht, dass wir auch um 22Uhr noch die Schlüssel bekamen und in das Haus konnten. Der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv, Ramon ist ein unglaublich netter und freundlicher Mensch. Von dem Haus waren wir direkt begeistert und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt, es strahlt eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was im Alltg benötigt wird. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr gemütlich, wobei für große Menschen manche Betten zu kurz sein könnten, aber es gibt sind 5 Schlafzimmer , da findet jeder seinen Platz. Der Garten ist riesig mit schönen z.T sehr alten Bäumen, die Aprikosen waren gerade reif und wir durften uns an dem Baum bedienen so viel wir wollten. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, ein Volleyballfeld und ein Badmintonfeld jeweils mit Netzen. Die Umgebung ist hügelig und sehr grün überall sind Felder mit Weinreben, ideal zum Fahrradfahren. Die nächste größere Stadt Vilafranca ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und hat alles, was sich ein Urlauber wünscht, das Flair einer spanischen Stadt mit alten Gebäuden Einkaufmöglichkeiten und sehr guter Gastronomie

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Can Teulera was simply delightful! The mansion is spacious and beautifully situated amidst vineyards, which provided us with a stunning backdrop for our family gathering, We made great use of the private garden and the barbecue grill, enjoying magical evenings under the stars, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals together, The kids loved the table tennis and boules court, and having a cozy sitting room to relax in after a day of exploring was a bonus, A short drive took us to nearby restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to stock up on essentials, Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful retreat!
