The recently remodeled lakefront house is your perfect natural setting experience.
It has a Boat house and over-water rope swing and seated swings to enjoy at the boathouse's spacious deck. Hockey table, Foosball table, and two Cornhole boards for guests to use.
Guests are welcome to use our single and double kayaks, paddleboard, and Canoe.
This 3-bedroom, 2 full baths, and 1-half-bath, 1620 sq ft house have expanded sleeping options for a maximum of 13 guests:
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed (sleeps 2).
2nd bedroom has king size bed (sleeps 2).
3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed below and a full bed above (sleep 4).
The family room has one queen sofa bed, one loveseat and a big chair that converts into a twin bed (sleep 3).
The living room/game room has a Hockey table and a Foosball table. There's an 18" Queen Air Mattress (sleep 2) that will be provided along with linen sheet set and comforter free for bookings of more than 10 guests (including infants).
Enjoy the great lake views and experience the tranquil nature from the large backyard deck, balcony, air-conditioned boathouse, and internet access, or covered structure on the lawn.
It has an over-water rope swing and seated swings to enjoy on the boathouse's spacious deck.
Equipped with stainless steel appliances, LCD TVs, and high-speed internet connection.
Updated with granite countertops, oak wood flooring, access to the deck from the living/family room, and access to the balcony from the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.

House was ok, clean enough inside, except the huge dust bunnies under the bed. Back porch was beautiful but the cushions were too dirty from bugs and birds too sit on and tables were filthy. Patio furniture further out was cleaner but the wood and cushions were so degraded didn’t really want to sit on them, not comfortable. The red chairs and fire out were great! The boat house was creepy, covered in spiders and webs. Side boat house was cleanish. Boat tie up was dangerous, in part bc of rough water but also bc the boards are sloped and when wet on top of mildew present, very slippery, 2 people did the splits unwillingly. Nails were protruding as well. Kitchen was not very well stocked with dishes and such compared to other places we’ve stayed. Even though we paid a cleaning fee, we had to do a lot of normal cleaning ourselves. Communication was good but she’s very particular, charges extra for many things. Wanted to have friends come by for the holiday but couldn’t so we had to pick them up at the marina dock and not bring them to the house, even for a meal. Never experienced that before either. Not sure I could recommend.

Host was very quick with communication. Neighbors & area were calm & quiet. House was nice, clean, air hocky table was definitely a hit, perfect temperature inside, listing was accurate. Relaxing place to stay !

We had a great time. The only thing was the little bugs that was in the boat house and around it and at the main house and getting inside. They need bug zappers.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but this has been bothering me. The house is fine, it's older, but suitable for families and friends...a typical lakehouse. There's some mold in the showers and the dock is super rickety and dangerous for kids, whatever.
The problem was that after our stay, the owner said she was charging us for damage to the boathouse doors from a DOG. We did not have a dog at this house. She sent pictures of the doors and said her cleaning lady and husband check before and after every guests stay. Judging from past reviews, we obviously aren't the first ones to deal with this.
Thankfully, we had spoken with the neighbor everyday and he was able to confirm we did not have a dog. This was the only reason she didn't charge us. We literally walked in the boathouse one time, looked around and that was it. It wasn't very nice so we had no reason to hang out down there as the back porch is much nicer.
We have stayed at many many rentals and never had an issue, so this was very disappointing.
If you book here, just make sure to document literally everything.
