Attached Studio retreat with walking distance to the Dock 🐠

Great option for the area with clean bathroom great kitchen and good size bed.

This was a quick three day fishing trip for us so the property was located extremely convenient to the Everglades Rod & Gun club where we used the boat ramp daily. The sleeping conditions were very comfortable. And check in and check out where trouble free. The only negative was that we thought we’d have a(small) cooktop stove to work with and there was only a one burner electric hot plate provided. The property owner did assemble a new grill our first day though so we had that to cook outside which we appreciated…but the mosquitoes were challenging! We lost all water one day and I immediately reached out to the property owner, but she never returned our call. The water came back on a half an hour later, but we just weren’t sure if there was anything we needed to do.? (Boil water? Etc). We would maybe stay here again, as the location was super easy, and now we know the layout.

The host was responsive and the place was very clean and cute. Just enough space for what we needed. The bed was very comfortable as well. We would stay again, but a few notes for the host. The futon is very small and not very comfortable. There are only 3 small plates and we needed larger ones. The AC stopped running a few times and it got stuffy and warm, not sure if we didn't run it correctly or if there is an issue. And the patio out back had no shade like the picture showed. And the shower floor felt unstable and when you flushed the toilet the shower and sink gurgled. And some of one of the outlets behind the TV in the bedroom didn't work and the remote for that tv didn't work. Overall we had a great time and would stay again. Thanks for hosting us.

Nice cosy place. This was my second stay here. Definitely will try to come back.
