About this house rental
We were excited to purchase this ranch-style home on a quiet country road. Kris's father built this home in 1966, so we were thrilled to bring it back it into the family. We gutted the home in 2017 and have completely remodeled it and furnished it with new furniture, new beds, new linens and new supplies in order to provide you with a comfortable, relaxing haven to recharge during your vacation time in Garrett County.
Our goal is provide a place to bring your family to enjoy each other and create memories that will last a lifetime. You will find a swing set, foosball game, badminton/volleyball set, spike ball, t-ball, bocce ball, ladder golf, table games, etc to enjoy together. Bikes are available for use as well. Bring your own helmets. We are also minutes from the ski slopes, state parks, Deep Creek Lake, Swallow Falls, etc. Foxtown Road is great for biking, running, etc.
Rental includes a free pass to the CARC less than 10 minutes away with a heated pool, gym and fitness center. Please bring towels if you would like to use the pass.
Accommodations include two king beds, a queen, bunk bed (single over queen), day bed with trundle, roll-away bed and a couch with a pull-out bed. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, family room and two bedrooms. Bring passwords to log into your favorite channels.
Corby does custom woodworking and created a number of pieces which grace the home including a 11-foot farm table in the large open dining room.
A beautiful stone fireplace, part of the original house and built by Kris's father, is the center piece of the living room.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking and eating utensils, toaster, crockpot, blender, mixer, griddle for pancakes, sugar, salt, some basic spices, etc. A coffee maker and grinder is furnished as well with an option for Keurig style coffee. A gas grill is available
Linens are included in the rental fee. Paper towels and toilet paper are furnished.

4 generations of family members stayed in this one level rancher style home in Deep creek, MD. The host communicated fast and promptly. The house itself had everything you could want. Aw had 3 children from 3-7 and between the pool access pass, the playground in the backyard and the kids playroom, there was plenty of entertainment options! The house was VERY charming and clean. We would love to be back. 10/10

We love the little extras. They thought of everything to make our stay cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in big cozy chairs and another nice touch was the complimentary cinnamon buns that were delicious.

Everything about this house is perfection! We love the layout, the decor, the yard, the bikes- everything! The sweet, welcoming cinnamon rolls is an added touch that my kids especially appreciate.
