Parkside Place is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. The complex includes a beautiful lakeside swimming pool, 4 covered docks with fish cleaning stations if you’re looking to catch your next meal, free parking, free and secure high-speed WiFi, and elevators to take you down to the lake and pool deck.
During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the pool for some sun, one of four covered dock for some of the best fishing around, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or of to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most necessities
When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on one of 3 HUD Smart TVS, or challenge the rest of the family in Mortal Kombat, Joust, or Golden Tee on the Arcades.
Our condo has NO STEPS from the parking lot to the front door to worry about making it the best location for all ages and abilities. If you’d like to get down to the docks or pool, the elevator is just outside your front door. There is nothing keeping you from enjoying your stay!

Ask about the availability of our 10x30 Boat slip. Parkside Place DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.
Parking is free and first-come-first serve for the entire complex with some spots at either end designated for motorcycle parking. Handicapped parking is available directly outside this condo making it convenient for all abilities.
We utilize NestxYale SmartLocks for our rentals making check-in, check-out, and condo access extremely easy for our guests. NO KEYS REQUIRED!
We are available by phone, text, email, and Vrbo if needed but have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us.

This condo was perfect for our needs! It comfortably fit 2 adults and 4 children. It was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. It was easy to find and easily accessible. Our kids loved the pool and the arcade games in their room, and we were only a 10-15 minute drive from coffee shops, restaurants, water parks, and other tourist attractions. Our hosts were very responsive. We would highly recommend this stay!

Great place to share with the family we enjoy being right on the water and the nice swimming pool, arcade games were a lot of fun for all!!! The access to the dock was a nice added bonus. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!! 5 STARZ!!!!!!

Great location! Microwave did not work, emailed owner immediately but received no reply. Refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer which ruined some food and most of the packaging of our product's. Entire place needs a thorough cleaning, inside and out. Dirt piled up on the window sills outside making a dirty appearance on the deck looks as if it's falling apart, nails pulled out of the wood, braces could be spun in circles. Needs painting. Inside, fairly clean. But we needed to move the couch as something fell under it, omg! Filthy! I checked inder my bed to be sure I hadn't left any shoes. I was horrified to find a huge dust bunny approximately two feet long by a foot and a half wide. Extremely aggravating as I just had sinus surgery, still healing. To think I was breathing from that dirt, dust and hair is disgusting! The beds are quite worn and uncomfortable! One guest said she could feel coils in her back! Another guest found a spider in her bed. For the price, $125 per nt, I guess we got what we paid for. Furniture, couchs, table and chairs, bar stools are completely outdated and worn out. Dishes and glssware appear new and in great condition. Pots and pans are black on the bottoms and horribly worn out. Lake themed decorations on the wall were cute. Could have used a lot more towels, dishcloths and dishtowels. Soap dispensers had only a few inches of soap in each bottle hardly enough for four women! Ran out of TP, PT and trash bags. Only one blow dryer for 4! 😳😔
