About this house rental
Camp Yorkshire is located in the beautiful town of Saugerties NY, just two hours from Manhattan. This completely private estate is located on 30 acres of land. It is perfect for those who want totally privacy and unparalleled relaxation from the stresses of everyday life. The home features a modern farmhouse décor with two bedrooms and two full baths with the option of sleeping more on the two full sized sofa beds. All linens and towels are provided for your stay. The downstairs is an open concept family area great for entertaining. Complete with a dining area with a large dining table with seating for eight, lounging zone with two large sofas, a 60” television with all the extras, and a newly refurbished kitchen. There are two decks; one for sunbathing complete with lounge chairs and another perfect for al fresco dining with a large expandable table and a new Charbroil grill. Out front there is a fire pit with generous seating on our Adirondack chairs great for enjoying time with your family or a glass of wine with a loved one. If you love to hike and explore the beautiful woods and see the nature of this area it is simply a few steps to our fabulous expansive woods. We are 13 minutes to Saugerties, 21 minutes to Woodstock, and 28 minutes to Hudson; each with numerus shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. If you are looking for a tranquil home with access to all the Catskill Region has to offer; look no further. Camp Yorkshire is the perfect destination.

Matthew was an amazing host. He was helpful, responsive, gave thoughtful recommendations. His home is beautiful, secluded, an oasis in the woods. My only critique was that while the place was very clean on arrival, maintenance had not restocked toilet paper/trash bags etc and had not removed trash from the prior visitors (stored separately in the basement via an outside entrance) and there wasn't room for our trash/recycling. That being said, Matthew was quick to respond and restocked everything immediately and had his maintenance person come deal with the trash asap. The maintenance team led me to 4 stars, though Matthew deserves 5 stars as a wonderful host.

Great property that feels very secluded, but in reality is a 10-15 minute drive to whatever you might need. Exceptionally clean & well stocked. Probably the best VRBO experience I’ve had using this app.
